1. 有效证件、来源合法
　　The customers shall present their ID cards, Passports or Business Licenses. The item to be pawned which the presenter cannot show any proof of proprietary rights or the proprietary rights are not clear shall not be accepted.

2. 起当价
　　The value of the item to be pawned shall be no less than RMB200.

3. 评估价
　　Loans shall be paid at a rate of 50%-90% of a possible second hand price of the item to be pawned.

4. 服务费、利息
　　Calculation of the term of the loan is based on month. Service charges (storage, insurance and management fees etc.) will be calculated each month at 4.5% of the loan value. The charges shall be deducted from the loan. The interest rate is 0.5% and the interest will be paid when the pawning customer redeem the pawned item.

5. 续当、逾期续当
　　The term of the loan can be extended within 5 days after the expiry date and the charge shall be 5% of the loan value for one more month. When customers intend to extend the term of the loan on the sixth day and thereafter, an overdue fine will be charged at 0.5% of the loan value each day.

6. 典当物当面签封、保管责任及赔偿
　　The pawned items shall be counted and sealed under the supervision and with the signature of the pawning customer. This shop will compensate the pawning customer 120% of the loan value, in case the pawned item is lost or damaged due to non-natural factors during the storage period by the shop. The customer shall not be responsible for the loss or damage arising from natural deterioration of the pawned item.

7. 赎当及逾期赎当
　　When redeeming the pawned item on the expiry date, the customer shall present the pawn ticket and original registered documents and pay 0.5% interests of the loan value. If pawning customer redeem the pawned item after the expiry date and thereafter, an overdue fine will be charged at 0.5% of the loan value each day.

8. 代赎
　　When a third party is entrusted to redeem the pawned item , the entrusted person shall present the pawn ticket and ID cards of both the entrusted person and the pawning customer.

9. 绝当
　　If pawning customer neither redeem the pawned item nor extend the term of the loan 10 days after the expiry date，the pawned item can be disposed by this shop.

10. 当据挂失
　　In case the pawn ticket is lost, the pawning customer should come to the shop and registered the loss by showing valid identity documents as soon as possible. The shop is not liable when the pawned item is redeemed by third party when the loss of pawn ticket is not registered or before the registration.

11. 保密
　　The shop guarantees that any pawning business of the shop is confidential.
